Pros
Some of the people are very nice and easy to get along with which can be a plus in this very negative environment.
Cons
Low compensation for the industry, expectations are not realistic, no job titles, arrogant and condescending management. Employees are treated poorly and performance evaluations can be humiliating. Management likes to put you in your place and keep you there. Hourly employees will need to work overtime to get by. Drawings are rushed by management and submitted with many errors which is used against employees. Management will not accept responsibility for their own errors on projects. High turnover of talented people.
