      Nothing that you can really talk about.

      All good reviews are fake. They tell you project of year when project is of 2 months. Cut your salary. Will look. For chance to reduce salary. No long term projects. This is to help so that people will not get fooled by goody chats of hr and let them know. you are ruining career of people

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
