Even their senior recruiters have a hard time making more than a few deals a month and no one can meet the metrics the company has in place but they feel it's the recruiters fault. It's never managements fault for having a low performing department. Clock in and clock out, your time is watched by the owner, he doesn't trust his workers. There is no continuous training, management doesn't like change, and they wont adapt The over culture is they don't trust their workers and this in turn makes for a bad experience.
