      Pros

      Out of college, CEI gave me the opportunity to grow as an employee. They value fostering culture internally and effective solutions for their clients, which gave me great experience.

      Cons

      The only con would be the pay. It’s relatively on par, given the area and industries they work with, but compare it to the general market and you can find an imbalance.

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
