I don’t work there anymore.

I’d be here for a week drafting what I really thought & it’s honestly not worth the time. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews as people were bribed with £100 to do so. Money driven, don’t care about employees, extremely stressful, poor overuse of AI, constant sackings, high turnover, constant anxiety about losing your job, just all round disgusting. Don’t bother if you want a career in law it will completely put you off law as it did with me despite the role not being law based more so complaints.

The office environment is top-notch, with modern fixtures and a comfortable workspace. The low level staff are friendly, supportive, and create a positive atmosphere. The company had a great reputation and was a fantastic place to work in the past.

Significant Financial Problems, There is a constant communication about the company's financial struggles, causing ongoing stress for employees. Out-of-Touch Leadership, The CEOs are disconnected from the daily operations and challenges, being preoccupied with frivolous and embarrassing litigation that tarnishes the company’s reputation. Questionable Practices, Recently, the staff watched a YouTube stream of a case involving the company, revealing accusations of lying and dubious activities. The findings in the case were starkly different from what was communicated to staff. Additionally, management's obsession with badmouthing former directors is unprofessional and concerning amidst our financial woes, focus on fixing our business instead, it's unhealthy and it's the common theme between the staff the active pursuit is what's ruining the business as the Directors are distracted. Unstable Direction, The company lacks clear direction, with frequent changes creating instability. This makes it difficult for employees to have clear expectations and plan for the future.
