Pros
Flexible, in case you work in the office, you can more or less manage your free time (depending on your supervisor of course). This is not true for the laboratory. Company financed language courses.
Cons
Low salary. Hierarchy and the "boss image" is very strong. Not registered nor paid overtime. Chaotic, a lot of money wasted on projects which have no time management, or have very low outcome. Managers rarely give any feedback, if they do, they are not constructive.
