      They kind of pay well

      Cons

      Very flat structure, so almost impossible to grow. Top positions are not worth it because they suck out your life. Longest closings ever, near 20 hours of overtime in 2 consecutive days is very common.

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union

      Slow business because competition has taken their major contractors. As a result, not getting any hours
