Much potential, terrible management - Anonymous employee CEMEX Employee Review

Terrible management and manners. Workers doing too many working hours under pressure. No recognition system. The director doesn't know how to deal with people. This is not a place I would recommend to work in, better to avoid. Most of the workers leaving very fed-up and with a very bad image of the company. People can work under those pressure conditions, the director and management team should change. No possibilities to have a career progression.
