Pros

For entry level work, it's not a bad place to start. Decent starting pay, but offers very little in the long run.

Cons

Almost all levels of management are clearly stressed out from the foremen to the regional manager and beyond. Foremen have very little to no actual say, in operations. Reports of potentially fatal safety hazards get brushed off because they "don't want to change it at all of the plant." Plant Managers are frequently micro-managed and told exactly what schedule to run and what product to make. Pay within management is disgustingly low for the hours and expected work. Management is expected to work long hours, be on call and fix all electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems. This is all in addition to actual management duties of hiring, firing, scheduling, inventory management for products, inventory management for parts, planning maintenance and working with outside vendors/contractors.

Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union
