Pros

Good pay and better benefits and the atmosphere is friendly. They spend a lot of money on your safety and health.

Cons

Cement dust in the air affects health negatively after 10 years there I always left with a dry cough which went away after I left.

Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

Cons

scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
