Very centralized organization. Politics is rampant. Communication across departments and/or business units tend to be limited with little transparency. Unsure now if growth strategy through excessive leveraging is working. Top management not readily accessible. No loyalty to employees unless part of the inner circle and in return employees have no loyalty to the organization.
