No management structure or employee recognition. There are shop employees that spend more time doing personal projects or sleeping in front of their machines than doing actual work. Those problems are not limited to shop employees, it is an ongoing theme throughout the company. Owners are 100% aware of what their employees are doing yet choose to ignore it even as good employees that could have help the company grow walk out the door. Owner Joe M. is more or less a dictator who treats the company as his own hobby shop. He has no interest in growing the business at 70 something years old so he concentrates on running his daughters business using Centroid resources therefore taking away raises from Centroid employees. He has no vision or plan for the future, once he and the other owner step away Centroid will be no more. Horrible environment, horrible employer!!!
