      Pros

      Some of the brightest developers I have worked with.

      Cons

      They claim to be doing things differently, but when my position was eliminated due to restructuring I was called into an office, given a hand shake and marched out the door in the middle of the day like some criminal.

      Pros

      Dynamic environment. High cross platform learning capabilities. Cutting edge technologies, Kubernetes, NoSQL database technologies. Support of SAP involved close relationship with Design teams and access to code libraries in order to effectively troubleshoot application performance, error logs.

      Cons

      Bought out after 3 years. Those employees below a certain level stock option did not receive a payout for that stock. That's the risk working for all start ups so its not unique. Migration from Start Up in house code libraries and applications to Enterprise Company Shared Libraries resulting in no new product ready to takes its place. - layoffs.

      Lots of projects, huge funnel of new customers, tough to keep up with work flow.
