Work load is low. Flexible work hours and 2 days at office

Toxic work environment. The management team is incompetent and prevents employees from developing their skills or advancing in their careers. I spent several years here and did not gain any meaningful experience. Managers frequently go on sick leave, leaving the team in a state of uncertainty. This organization is in urgent need of real structural adjustments.
