Pros
Good salary, good health insurance (for the region), international environment, potentially interesting job.
Cons
Having been in different sections, the experience depends too much on the team and managers, some sections are not diverse at all (i.e. all French men over 50). Some managers don't know how to manage people and/or the work itself, lots of nepotism, some managers don't want to be challenged by their supervisees, no bottom up feedback. Some sections are over staffed and other under staffed. No career perspective, finding a job later is not easy, since many jobs are too different to what is outside. Old fashioned softwares.
