      Small office. Ability to meet many famous people in Hollywood and network. Great starting place straight out of college

      Cons

      Low pay (as much as a barista makes a Starbucks), late work hours, high stress level

      nice company, fun events, good experience and learning of the industry, get to meet a lot of professionals in the industry that can help you later

      horrible pay, maybe used to be okay with OT but there is little to no opportunity for it
