I would not recommend these sorts of companies to anyone unless they do have so much brilliance that they can outrun the politics and become a needy to the company . This could be the case with most companies. . The politics at the top is really worrying. If you are good and excellent it's a cake walk , if not take a pause and have a think. Good promotions and increments.
Cons
Terrible work politics. In other way, unless anyone is so sure, especially if not familiar with the culture starting the career there is not so good. Lack of structural approach. Communication.
