CEU Institute Response

All employees undergo a 90 day probationary process, as is common in many organizations. This review was written by a former team member that was released within the 90 day probationary period. Hi turnover rate was not a reflection of lack of communication but an organizational objective in order to create "depth" and role ownership within the company in order to serve customers more effectively.

Pros

Management shares these "FAKE" negative reviews with us. We all find them hysterical especially knowing the former employee they come from and why they were fired. We've all all been here over 2 years and going and love it! They are very accommodating to time off needs for children, appointments, and just "life". Surprise days off or early office closings. Team is close and work together well.

Cons

Well...it's not Google, it's a small business. They cannot give you unlimited PTO, pay for your Master's Degree, or have chef's cooking you breakfast but they do everything they can to accommodate "life" beyond the walls of the office.

Pros

Small group. Part of a team. Able to provide input and it gets used heard and sometimes used. Changes are made quickly to meet technical or administrative needs. Satisfaction of knowing we are providing a valuable service to multi-million dollar industries. Management willing to allow flexibility when personal time needed for appointments, kids functions, etc. Off site functions like bowling, lunches, etc. Unique and niche service with few (if any) competitors with the same service model. I call it "American Success Story" because the owners created the business from the ground floor which now employees a dozen employees and services fortune 100/500 clientele.

Cons

Not really a con but you have to pull your weight. It's a small business and when someone isn't up to par, everyone feels it. I've been there long enough to see some "bad seeds" that don't really understand it's not management's job to keep their job, it's theirs. Unfortunately, I can see from these previous posts that these were from previous employees less than happy with the outcome of their careers at CEU Institute. I can say that management will not allow an environment where team members are rude, disrespectful, coarse, or other negative conduct toward other team members and they simply expect you to perform at your best the role you were hired for.
