Pros
Good people that I worked with. When the environment was flexible I felt I could make more decisions. I loved my accounts and staff but the company does not appreciate employees
Cons
No appreciation, overworked, no support, too much of a corporate regimented evioroment. Working 15 hour days got old quickly
