Management only care for themselfs, Everyone for themself, No teamwork, Everyone thinks management are out to get them. Low morale atmosphere. If your a women and want respect this is not the place for you. Management have gotten away with sexaul harrasment. Poor medical benefits - you cannot add your spouse to your medical plan if they are eligible for benefits at their place of employment. Raises are based on what the manager wants to give you not how well you did. Station/Terminal manager raises is in the same pot of money that is given to station employee. Majority of the time the Station/Terminal manager thinks of their own pocket which relates to the little raises that is given.
