Pros
The pay is okay, 20 days PTO with 5 floating holidays. Work-life balance is good. Some nice co-workers. Good 401k match.
Cons
No leadership from upper management. Don't see how You can climb up the corporate ladder unless you know someone. Lots of incompetent people slacking around. As long as the job is done, no one cares how or who does that.
