Pros
The people are amazing here! The majority care about the mission and goals and support one another to achieve them. Some leaders are great, others are micro mangers.
Cons
Come in at a high pay, b/c your not moving from that spot for a while. CEVA is privately held and pay increases are nonexistent, bonuses are far and few, no stock options, no 401K match. Leadership expects personal to cover those who leave without backfilling. It is common to find people working 2-4 roles without being compensated.
