Pros
The pay was good for my position, but I can't say that everyone was paid fairly. My team and a lot of the people I got to work with were fantastic, but they were slowly quitting or being let go.
Cons
The company is heading in a new direction and letting go of a lot of its people due to the economy and the directional change. No loyalty to any of the people that have been there for years and always have been committed to the company and its customers.
