Lack of support from the manager and the HR. Lack of processess and management, constantly humiliation from the manager towards the team. The HR chooses the battles they want to fight, if it's regarding personal feelings and well being, they hide. People do not know how to be professional. It is a multinational but on the daily basis it feels like it's a very small family company that just started business.
