There's so many changes in management and direction that creates huge disorganization. Like I mentioned, the domestic network has so much potential but is poorly ran and has a premium against LTL carriers so customers tend to leave. People are over worked with no pride in the work that's being performed. Also, the company is in riddled with billions in debt.
