      Pros

      Before it went into financial ruin, this was a great place to work. Offered work and life balance and was a place people would stay for many years.

      Cons

      Company is now in financial ruin. They lost their entire development staff over the past year after every single one of them stopped getting paid. Management owes multiple former employees five-figures or more each. Likely facing multiple lawsuits in the future for non-payment.
