poor management, no career development (no cme's even annual training) management only cares about schedule filling corporate is difficult to deal with ,I actually hr incorrectly filled out disability papewhen I broke my legrs and delayed my disability for two months,they also denied me holiday pay even though my sick time dr was seen the day after....the culture here is so reflective of this,i would buy my own malpractice as I don't feel you would be supported in any way
