Pros

A growing company. First opportunity for me as a manager. A well observed lesson for my professional experience in a leadership role. Good place to work if your going to retire soon or fresh out of school and need warehouse experience.

Cons

Very unorganized, insufficient with inventory, poor leadership and accountability, lack technology and innovation. Some people here tend to judge you a little more than usual. I was fired because I couldn't handle the stress levels with all the inconsistent processes. No kind of teamwork what so ever.

CFM Equipment has been in business since 1984. The company has several long term employees that have been with the company for 15 or more years, contributing to a family oriented environment. Development opportunities exist for all employees. The company is growing and we have expanded delivery service with company trucks and implemented a Warehouse Management System. Monthly team building meetings bring employees together to work toward implementing the companies strategic goals through teamwork and excellence!
