      Great vision and mission, New developments, Many opportunities to grow in the organisation, Feel valued, Very supportive team, Amazing mentors and seniors, Colloborative, Understanding and supporting.

      Competitive salary, Lot of travelling (I enjoyed but for someone who does not like travelling)

      Nothing is good in here.

      Cons

      1. Zero growth.Only got knowledge for generating drafting and BOM.No calculation knowledge or FEA analysis knowledge got there. 2. Pressure remains 365 days. 3. Unable to take leave even though so many leaves are pending. 4. Over time happens everyday with zero over time pay. And even they will force you to go to factory on weekend without payment. 5. Zero promotion happenes due to bad politics and some handicapped people, who doesn't know to draft or generating BOM. 6. So called MNC is actually a Lala company.
