I worked at Cyber Group Full-time(More than 3 Years) Senior Staff is just like comapany's "Son in law" from 10-15 years as they know nobody will hire them outside this company.All the damas are well settled in US and their work is just to decide the list of employe to fire them. india senior staff is just puppet or slave they dont use their mind and mouth to stop wrong things happening with any employee or even within their team also HR and Admin staff are like mohalle ki aunty. they ask for a choclate if male employee dont come in formals They want employees who can work as a slave Appraisal and promotion is only for people who butter Even anyone can be a SSE with 1 year of experience by doing chamchagiri If you are a girl you can survive in this comapny by showing latke and jhatke and no need to work(full aish).....there are 2-3 permanent examples already available and they have their own group. This company has no respect of your hard work,extra time , efforts....they will fire you when they want. every alternate month they prepair a list of employees to fire them. And next month they hire new college pass-out students to make them fool.
