Pros
The team, everyone on the floor is absolutely amazing, reward system in place, current/new Managers are 100 times better than the old management team when I started. Excellent work experience-I feel as though since I could handle that role at that work place I can do anything!
Cons
History of workplace bullying though this is slowly being rectified minimal training and lack of ongoing support Its a sink or swim situation for new starters, those that do swim will be traumatised by the personal effort put in to achieve. the better you are at your job, the more work and expectations you have, for employees that do nothing and do not fulfil their duties.... literally 0 consequences if they like you personally
