Too big to care for their staff (I started at Harbour & Jones before the merge with Ch&Co). Bad management, bullying mentality, no respect for their chefs, very two-faced to their staff and clients. Managers don't have management skills. They make situations worse and create problems that were not there and then try to blame on others. I was warned that the company is terrible to work for but gave them a chance, regret it now!!! Hence the reason why they struggle to get good chefs!
