      Pros

      absolute nothing too much trouble for the management and staff really caring company and great benefits and perks there are a lot of poor companies out there but this isn't one !

      Cons

      just the staff training is a bit long winded and is done in own staffs time would be nice to be paid for your time but that is all really

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Job itself was satisfying.

      Cons

      Area Management is more concerned with micromanaging than trusting his staff. Management higher than unit level in general have little experience in front line catering and more in retail
