Pros
Clinic staff are in it for the right reasons and dedicated to helping the underserved and making a difference in their communities. They genuinely care for their patients. Clinic teams work hard while admin hardly works.
Cons
Operations leadership lacks business acumen, education, relevant external experience, integrity and leadership skills. There is an obvious clique at admin and if you raise questions, concerns, or new ideas they will intimidate, isolate and extinguish you. Everyone outside their circle is disposable.
