Stay clear from the administration side of CHAS. - Admin employee CHAS Health Employee Review

Very emotionally immature organization. Folks in the admin building are nice to your face and then gossip behind your back. If you do not think or have the same political affiliation as they do, you are treated as an outsider. They do not know how to disagree with others in a way that is constructive, so they just complain without resolving anything. The CEO is great, but many in his leadership team do not have the experience to run an organization. There is a lot of turnover due to these issues I highlight.
