Cons
- All the titles and raises are given due to personal relationship with managers. - In a pr you can be behaved like a kid and your manager can comment that you can not argue with him. - Not a single respect will be given to your personality, you will see your manager smiling last time, just before you sign the contract. - You will not ve placed to the team that you interviewed for. It will change couple of times. - I just recommend to this company for friends which has no security in their homelands(war etc) This company should be your last possibility before of asylum. - Relocation package and contract forces you to stay in the company. You are supposed to pay all the benefits back if you leave in one year. Notice period is 6 months. You can not find your next job easily. - A lot of friends accepted offer temporarily until finding something else, after 1 year couple of them directly returned back to their home countries with burnout. - Company is just able to hire from war zone countries right now, and abusing poor people.
