Office location is a plus, but leadership issues persist. - Analytics Manager CHEP Employee Review

Pros

Good office location, nothing else that I can think of.

Cons

US Office: Favoritism, an unethical leadership culture within the Spanish leadership team, violations of the code of conduct by leaders themselves, and a lack of soft skills in leadership. Actions are being driven by personal preferences and grudges held by Spanish leaders rather than professionalism and fairness. HR department is just a joke.

Pros

Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

Cons

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

Cons

Leadership misalignment, with conflicting priorities between growth initiatives and cost reduction Erosion of trust in senior leadership, negatively impacting morale and engagement High-pressure environment contributing to burnout for some teams Inconsistent decision-making, making long-term planning and execution difficult Loss of institutional knowledge due to layoffs and attrition Culture has shifted toward a more transactional, finance-driven model, at the expense of collaboration
