Pros

Some very good people work there and they will be missed. Benefits are good.

Cons

The mighty dollar rules almost to the exclusion of all else. While it is better than it used to be there is still far too much focus on the short term bottom line often at the expense of longer term gains.

Pros

Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

Cons

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

Pros

Amazing people, and benefits. I’ve had some really strong leaders at this company that have helped me grow. This is a fast paced environment.

Cons

High level leadership sometimes does not communicate the long term vision well. Getting pulled in different directions.
