      Employees are friends and hang out outside of work

      Cons

      Lots of people have left Leadership doesn’t listen to employees Weird decisions happen out of nowhere Some employees didn’t get equity even though it’s a startup…. Lots of dishonesty all around CEO didn’t talk to us much and really awkward

      Pros

      Fast-paced, your work makes an impact, no drama, no egos. Company is hitting new milestones regularly.

      Cons

      Not for people who need lots of structure or oversight. Performance based culture, but that's great if you're ambitious.
