      The company operates without clear rules or policies, providing an unusual level of autonomy. However, this also allows for unchecked behavior, with little regard for integrity or ethical standards.

      Cons

      The work culture is marred by unprofessionalism and a narrow-minded corporate office and gullible leader. Management is heavily dependent on expatriate staff, particularly from China, who lack a deep understanding of the business or local market needs and extremely gullible. NEVER get hired here, you will downgrade your self worth. WORST company ever!

      It was started from a family business technology company. There is unlimited opportunities to grow and learn from there. The management level cares about the employees.

      Cons

      There are a lot of transactions and cash flows in a daily base. As a financial assistant, there are a lot of responsibilities that are handed to every employee.
