      Excellent work-life balance (yoga/pilates, health program, boxing classes, monthly massages, etc.), engaged workforce, highly competent management (generally), opportunity to develop in areas that interest you

      Great people, great work environment.

      Cons

      Can be slow moving, each team has its own culture and one needs to build a good relationship with every department to get things delivered. This isn't unique to CHOICE, but it is common in Not-For-Profits.
