      Occasional events held for employees , employee of the month, not really any pros for this job, but the work its self it good if you like a challenge

      Cons

      Team lead is lazy and doesn’t help or support employees, High expectations, but very low pay, doesn’t compensate for all the work we have to do.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
