Pros

A few charitable events, onsite cafeteria, some good coworkers

Cons

Management within the corporate office in Irving, TX is useless. Some of the most fraudulent, narcissistic people I have ever had this misfortune of working with. I witness psychologically abusive events practically every day. You could be physically abused onsite and I doubt HR would raise an eyebrow. Management hires other toxic individuals to serve as their watchdogs. No one is paying attention to just how much money and effort is being wasted at corporate and the hardworking nurses and hospital staff end up being the ones hurt the most by all the corruption. This is not a review of the hospital system itself at Christus, but the business side is just rotten to the core. Bless the front line workers, I hope in the near future they get the corporate representatives they deserve, who genuinely work on their behalf. God's wisdom has nothing to do with the corporate office, there are just way too many people giving others hell.

Pros

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Cons

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
