      Coworkers are very nice, that is all I can say

      Cons

      Very poor management. the leadership team does not care much about their staff. This so-called "nonprofit" hospital does not seem like putting their patient's and staff's benefits as a priority.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Make your own schedule Great coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay for the work they expect to get done. If you are injured on the job, don’t expect time off-none given. They will give you a desk job. Management will hound you to work extra days/nights.
