      Pros

      Hybrid work environment with flexibility for family life.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive for the market. No employee loyalty. Tenured employees laid-off without notice regularly. Offer outrageous sign on bonuses and pay outside of normal pay scale to external hires, but will not raise internal associate pay to livable and competitive wage. They try to sell their culture of family and inclusion but do not practice it.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
