The organization, which masquerades as a non-profit, is corrupted by toxic practices and incompetent management. Intelligent employees are run off from their jobs, a practice that is overlooked or even encouraged by many Christus executives, This place only cares about hiring friends, family, and like-minded people pleasers. If you assume you're being hired for your qualifications and experience, think again. Talent and hard work will be exploited. If you are outside the protected network of cronies, you are most likely being hired so a group of fakers can copy off your paper, then bully or discard you once they claim the reward.
