Pros

The job itself feels like a paid holiday! It's great for students as a sporadic job. Pros: discovering new locations (mountain resorts ) , meeting interesting people (locals and clients), learning to manage parties, gaining experience in people relations, gaining experience in troubleshooting, discovering how you handle stressful situations

Cons

Job required whole day attention, depending on the scale of problems that arise it may be stressful, it requires some "thick-skin" as you are the person to blame when things do go wrong, but also your position in the company is not high enough to actually address your issues yourself

Pros

My colleagues directly involved in direct patient care are generally caring good people giving more than 100% to their job.

Cons

Mixing patients in units inappropriately. Constant pulling staff from one unit to another. Hostile work environment. Insufficient staffing. Low morale.
