It's better than not having any job at all.
Cons
No diversity to speak of and the vast majority of employees like it that way-you will be constantly reminded that when you work at CHS, you're part of a family...as long as you "fit in" which basically means you look and act the same as everyone else and make sure you hold the same beliefs and values as well. Being different is not acceptable and will result in career stagnation while falling in line and agreeing with management is the best way to advance.
