      -the role of a psych RN is great -felt I made a difference for some patients -felt appreciated by other staff

      -management doesn't like to hear about staffing complaints -cancel shifts when census and acuity are both high

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
