      They really care about doing the right thing by their owners, customers and employees. I did not know big companies could still be moral, but CHS really tries. Great pay, mostly great benefits

      Cons

      PTO isn't as high as some bigger companies.

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
